PIANC USA Chair and President to Address Opening Plenary

PIANC USA Chair Jo-Ellen Darcy, Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works) and Major General Michael Walsh, PIANC USA President and Deputy Commanding General for Civil and Emergency Operations, will address attendees during the Opening Plenary, conference organizers have announced.

The Opening Plenary is scheduled from 8:30 am to 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 23rd at the Sheraton.
