How many people can I have at my booth?
Exhibitor registrations come with one full conference registration per booth, but exhibitors may purchase two exhibit hall only registrations at a discounted $300 rate.

Will the conference planners take responsibility for any prizes that I want to distribute?
Yes, just contact La Rue Forrester at larue@wwsc.us or by phone at 410-544-8515 and she will coordinate with you about your prize giveaway.

What is included in the price of the booth?
All booths include 8' back wall drapes, 3' side rail drape, a 6' draped table, two chairs, a wastepaper basket, signage, a full conference registration, access to two exhibit hall only registrations at a discounted $300 rate, and a one-time use of the attendee mailing list 30 days after the event.
