Payment InformationPayment for online registration will be accepted in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check or Purchase Order. Credit cards will be charged as Web and Writing Solutions, Pasadena, MD. When entering your credit card information online please be sure that you enter the billing address of the credit card into the credit card payment address field. Checks must be made payable to U.S. Section PIANC (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank — include attendee’s name in the memo of the check). Checks for pre-registration must be received by the registrar within 10 business days after the day of registration and no later than October 15, 2012. Each exhibit space application/contract submitted must be accompanied by full payment. All payments must be made in U.S currency by company check or approved credit card. Checks must be received within 10 business days of completing the online application. Show Management reserves the right to release for resale any exhibit space not paid for within 10 business days of the Exhibitor's completion of the online application. Booth Space Cancellation Terms. Organizations canceling booth space on or before August 22, 2012, will receive a refund of half the fee. Organizations canceling after August 22, 2012, will be obligated for the full cost of the booth space. No refunds will be made for space cancelled after August 22, 2012. Organizations must notify Show Management in writing of any booth cancellation by emailing La Rue Forrester at larue@wwsc.us. Show Management reserves the right to cancel this contract in any event on written notice to applicant. Full payment must accompany all exhibitor registrations. Exhibitor registration will not be processed without payment by credit card, check or a copy of a purchase order. Acceptable forms of payment include check (payable to US Section PIANC - in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank - you must include the attendee's name in the check memo); credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express); Purchase Order (P.O. #, company name & address or other billing address, includes government P.O. use).
